Goals

Goals are a necessity when it comes to commitment, but you know that already. The thing about goals is that you have to constantly remind yourself what those goals are, and the best way to do that is to have them in from of your eyes all the time. Try to hang notes with little reminders of your goals around your house, so that you will constantly think about them. 

Inspiration

Seeking out external inspiration can be a great way to stay committed to your goals. It can be scrolling through social media profiles that inspire you, reading success stories, listening to podcasts, the options are endless here. 

Self-motivation talk

When feeling unmotivated, it may help to remember the things you tell your clients or your friends when they feel unmotivated. Try to talk to yourself, and give yourself the advice you give other people. 

Talk to a friend

It’s always better to go through things with a friend. Having a friend you can talk to when you’re feeling down and unmotivated can be everything you need to feel better. Talk to each other about your career and goals and share your process of achieving them. 

Relax

Understand that it’s more than okay to feel unmotivated, it’s a part of being human. Sometimes you just need to take some time to breathe.
