How to make sure you’re achieving your goals in 3 simple steps

We all have more time on our hands recently, and we can choose to use it wisely and do meaningful things with it. 


One of the things you can do is to set goals for yourself, and we have a few tips to help you do that.


  1. Brainstorm
    In order to achieve your goals you need to have a clear vision of what you want your future to look like. Take a piece of paper and start writing down things you want to achieve in the near and far future. Be creative. It can be financial goals, different fields you would like to professionalize in, getting more clients or even launching a new product. Just don’t only focus on your career goals, because every aspect of your life can affect others. So you should write about your personal life as well. 
  2. Milestones
    After having a clear vision and a list of goals, you can start breaking them down into achievable milestones. Try to decide which goals you want to achieve in the near future and which you would like to achieve in the far future. You can even be more specific and create a 1,3 and 5 years plan. The more detailed your goals the easier it would be to achieve them. 
    Once you have your milestones written down, create a list of what you need to do in order to achieve each goal. 
  3. Commit
    Now that you know exactly what you need to do to achieve those goals, you need to make time for them on your daily routine. Scheduling them on your calendar or even placing notes at places you see often around your house may help. You can also share it with your friends and family. When you share your goals with others you are more likely to pursue them.
